Due to the nature of the printing process, the color of your discs and inserts is subject to some degree of variation. Precise color matching is not guaranteed and orders may differ from what you see on-screen and across multiple/previous orders. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. You are responsible for supplying us with source materials ie: audio disc, D.A.T., and artwork that is free of errors and or defects. We care NOT responsible for quality if you send us bad source material. Please check your master CD for skips and errors, and artwork for correct alignment per our templates or specifications, and for spelling errors, Before sending the materials to us. Although we try to get your order to you fast, we do not guarantee any certain delivery dates as we have no control over the delivery companies and any delays and or mistakes on their part. We cannot be held responsible for any loss to you because of the delivery company. Our FAQ has more information. CD Compatibility CD-R media discs may not play on every single player and universal compatibility simply cannot be guaranteed. We produce our CDs to 100% of the audio specification guidelines (redbook - orangebook) and should play perfectly in most players. More than 98% of the disc players that are available today will play your CD-R media. We test on a wide varity of players for compatibility, in addition we verfy our CDs to make sure they play. In the rare case that you do have a problem, try another CD player. In almost all cases where a disc does not play properly, it's the fault of the laser in the player, not the CD disc itself so we cannot be responsible for factors such as these. The older CD players have weak lasers inside and sometimes do not read CDs properly. Compatibility with all playback devices is not and cannot be guaranteed or implied and no refunds will be made due to playback compatibility problems. We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement. We will not be held liable or obligated to any remedial actions monetarily or otherwise for errors in the discs produced which are attributable to defects or errors in the source materials provided by the customer or as a result of errors in the disc content layout details submitted by the customer. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to this Agreement or any services or products offered, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to the choice of law principles thereof. By purchasing our service, you are accepting this agreement , the customer is acknowledging that they have the legal right to have the source material reproduced or duplicated, or have obtained legal permission to have copyrighted material reproduced/duplicated by us. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives harmless from and against, any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, obligations, penalties and expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to or based on the Source material you have provided to us, and agree to all of the terms of this agreement.
