    FAQ!

    Anti-Piracy

    • In order for us to be able to duplicate or master your product, you must own the legal rights to the material, be the creator, or have the permission of the legal owner. you must provide us with our Permisions Form properly filled out with your order! It is your responsibility to make certain you have a right to reproduce the material. This includes, audio, music samples, and artwork.
    The Basics

    • CDs that are duplicated (burned) are very good quality. Performance is very similar to replicated (pressed ) CDs. You should not however expect a duplicated CD to perform exactly as well as a replicated CD.
    • Replicated CDs normally work on about 98% of all CD players and duplicated CDs normally work on about 96% of all players. Not a big difference actually.
    • We use the best CD-R's available and test them on a wide varity of players for compatability. For persons wanting CDs fast & without the hassles of having films made, duplicated CDs are the way to go!

    Submitting your audio disc (CD):
    • Do not record your CD at speeds higher than 8X. The higher the speed you record at, the more errors the disc can contain. However, If you've already recorded the master at a higher rate don't worry, just be sure you check it closely for skips, etc. You should do this anyway before sending to us! Let us know if your disc is non-standard is anyway, crossed-mixed, etc.

    • Do not record the CD with too hot (high) a volume level, don't Red-Line your material in attempt to have a loud CD.

    • If we are mastering your CD, do NOT normalize, compress, or limit your final output (main) to CD. This is part of what we do when mastering and doing it twice is not a good idea! You can compress 'individual instruments' but do not compress the final stereo mix to CD.

    • We are not responsible for problems with your master CD. Check your CD All the way through closely for skips, etc. before sending!
    Artwork/Printing

    • Our printing is great but you may receive some copies that are not perfect, and may have slight defects in them. This is normally a very minor issue. Even major label CDs have defects in some of their printing.
    • We offer 6 free designs for your CD disc artwork. Basically you can have black text and a small line art logo. Cd's are printed on a high quality Thermal Printer.

      Shipping:

      • We pack all of our CD orders very carefully and have only had one report of any breakage, still you may receive your order with a few cracked jewel cases as they are very fragile! It's rare that it happens but If you have a large amount of breakage, you should contact the shipping company (UPS or FedEx) and file a damage claim. Only the person accepting the package can do this. Make sure you have the tracking number on hand as they will need it. Also do not throw away the packaging. Once the package leaves us we cannot be responsible for it. The delivery is a Contract Between You And The Shipping Company ie: Fedex, UPS, etc.

      Thanks,
We hope to do business with you soon!
